PivotTables

  • Creating a PivotTable: Select your data range, click ‘PivotTable’ in the Insert tab, and choose a location for the PivotTable.
  • Building a PivotTable: Drag fields to the Rows, Columns, Values, and Filters areas in the PivotTable Field List to organize and summarize your data.
  • Refreshing a PivotTable: Click ‘Refresh’ in the PivotTable Tools Analyze tab to update the data.
